FAQs

  • I have sensitive skin - can I use Long Haul Spa?

Long Haul Spa has been specially formulated for sensitive skin and thoroughly tested on many happy humans. Check out the ingredients list for each of the products here, and an explanation of each ingredient here. We always recommend patch testing before use. No one wants to have a reaction at 37,000 feet…. .

  • My boyfriend keeps trying to use my Long Haul Spa - do I have to share?

Yes….and no! We always encourage sharing. But in this case your bf can get his own pack of inflight goodness with Tarmac - a kit specially created for da boyz! You can check it out here! .

  • Do you ship to the US?

Long Haul Spa ships all over the world. Shipping is free in Australia, and globally with a purchase over $150. Alternatively, the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout and will depend on location and the service level you choose.

  • Can you send my purchase as a gift to a friend?

Absolutely! Just include the address you would like the gift sent to in the shipping details then pop your note to the recipient in the comments section at checkout and we'll include it as a note with the gift.

  • Do I need to buy two kits for a return flight?

No! Long Haul Spa and Tarmac kits have 15ml products in them. Depending on how you like to use them they should last at least 8-10 long haul flights, or a couple of weeks of daily use on terra firma.

  • I LOVE the Micellar Water - can I buy a large size for home use?

We have had a lot of requests for larger sizes of the products and will be introducing those in the coming months...stay tuned, and make sure that you are on the Long Haul Spa email list below!

  • Where are the Long Haul Spa products made?

We worked with a formulator who specialises in natural/organic products in New Zealand to develop the products and processes. Our skincare is crafted in New Zealand. Long Haul Spa and Tarmac are created in Australia.

  • Why is there an empty ziplock bag in my kit?

Good question! Some airport security (hello Toronto!) like to see your toiletries in a clear plastic 1 litre bag before they are put through the scanner. If you are not prepared for this you may find yourself at the back of the line where the bags are distributed. So, if you run into this situation you can just put your Long Haul Spa or Tarmac bottles in the bag and carry on!

  • Why is the bag my kit came in different than the last one I bought?

Long Haul Spa’s bags are created for us by the incredible designers at Louenhide. We are constantly tweaking the bags based on feedback from our customers, colour palettes that excite us, shapes that are interesting or the artwork on our packaging.
