Shipping Policy

Australia

We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide, using a combination of Australia Post and courier companies. All order shipments have tracking information and in some cases will require your signature on delivery. If you're not at home at the time of delivery, it will be taken back to your nearest Post outlet or courier depot and a card left at your premises to alert you of the attempted delivery.

Generally, orders take 3-10 working days to reach most parts of Australia. If you're in a more remote region, it may take a little longer. Should you wish to follow-up your order's whereabouts at any time, please feel free to email us with your name and order number.

International Shipping

International shipping is done through DHL, and will be calculated at checkout.  Time for delivery to countries outside of Australia may take up to 30 days, but usually happens within a week.

Backorders

If you are purchasing a product that is on backorder then your order will be shipped to you once the full complete order is in stock. As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notification from us letting you know your order is on its way and information needed to track your parcel.

 

Returns & Refunds

Refunds 

We want everyone to be delighted with their Long Haul Spa kit.   If you are not happy with your purchase you may apply for a refund within 90 days of receiving your products.

Some things to be aware of:

  1. Shipping fees, return shipping fees, gift packaging, final sales and other charges (as applicable) are not refundable.
  2. The product must be unused.
  3. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If for any reason we are unable to issue to the original method of payment, refunds will be issued via PayPal.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Once received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  All sale items are final sale.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerlove@longhaulspa.com and send your item to: 50 Anchorage Drive, Cleveland, QLD 4163  Australia.


Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Only returns that are physically received will be refunded, so please consider tracking any returns.

*Refunding Afterpay Purchases

If you paid for your purchase through Afterpay less than 120 days from the return request you must apply for your refund through Afterpay. 

  • Afterpay will determine how to apply the refund to your order and adjust  your payment schedule accordingly to reflect the refund issued
  • Afterpay will process amounts back to your card in the instances where you have made payments to Afterpay already.
  • An email will be sent from Afterpay to you to confirm the refund has been processed and communicate the changes to your payment schedule.
  • Any Afterpay purchases refunded will be net of the Afterpay charges.
