Here we are at the beginning of a new year. We hope that wherever you are in the world that you’ve managed to honour Christmas traditions, connect with family and friends - even if it’s had to be virtual, or just… you know… live on eggnog, brandy and mince pies for three weeks. We sorta did just that. Diet starts Monday.

It’s hard to celebrate Christmas when you can’t do what you usually do. It probably made it feel a little bit like just another day for a lot of us. We know of many who were in lockdown alone for the day, and that’s just not cricket. Here’s hoping next Christmas brings a bit more positivity with it. 

Needless to say we’re feeling somewhat pleased to have said goodbye to last year. Forevermore it shall be known as the year that must not be named. BUT. Despite the general consensus that it was the year that sucked big hairy… you get the idea… we wanted to take one self-appreciating moment to acknowledge the things that we can be grateful for as we stride into 2021.

• Last year we won four awards. Like, big deal awards. Awards that we’re super proud of.
• We also launched home use products. In other words, we up-sized a few crowd favourite products from our range and we brought them to you for your convenience. If you haven’t jumped on this bandwagon yet, we highly recommend you do so. Even if we’re biased. 
• We started working on some new things which will become available later this year. What are these new things, you ask? Well you’ll just have to wait and see won’t you. We’re preeeeeetty excited.
• We survived. 

A new year brings about motivation and change and reinvigoration. A clean slate, as it were. Believe us when we say we’re trying HARD to manifest this positive outlook in droves while keeping half an eye on the latest headlines. 

There’ll be a new American president by the end of the month. That’s something! But the latest, more contagious strain of THE virus (yeah - another word we’d care not to mention too much) puts something of a dimmer on the light that we hoped we could see at the end of the tunnel. 

Still, we keep on keeping on, we adjust our sails, and we forge on. We’re warriors, after all. And you are, too. Believe it. Whatever you have in mind for this year, keep it present. Remind yourself that anything is possible. Cause it is - even if we have to wait a little longer to see it brought to fruition.
